Bendigo Bowls Club 13th Annual B Grade & Under Pairs

The 13th. Annual B Grade & Under Pairs sponsored by Carpet Choice in conjunction with Retireinvest was finally completed on April 31st. on the excellent Bendigo greens. This very popular event attracted 34 teams from Dunolly, Heathcote, Serpentine, Campbells Creek, Marong, Castlemaine, Lancefield, Trentham & Dingee together with teams from the Bendigo Area. After 3 very competitive games there were only 3 teams who had won their 3 games. Leigh Manning & Jim Beattie from Bendigo with 20 shots up, followed by Bill Morrison & Bill Sertori also from Bendigo with 19 shots up & Fred Beattie & Len Grainger from Woodbury Club.

So the winners on the day were Leigh Manning & Jim Beattie

2nd place to Bill Morrison &Bill Sertori

3rd. place going to Fred Beattie & Len Grainger.

All players were very appreciative of the hot lunch supplied by the Bendigo Ladies & all expressed their thanks to our very generous sponsors.
